Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist consultants with daily administrative tasks.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Manage and update candidate and client databases to ensure accurate records.
  • Monitoring Rights to Work and DBS checks for exisiting candidates to ensure validity.
  • Source and register candidates using various search engines.
  • Assist with the booking of temporary shifts and timesheet management.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
