Our dedicated team ensures nurseries and childcare providers find the right candidates to nurture young minds. We are looking for a proactive and organised Desk Assistant to join our dynamic team and help us continue providing outstanding recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist consultants with daily administrative tasks, including data entry and scheduling interviews.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Manage and update candidate and client databases to ensure accurate records.
  • Handle enquiries from candidates and clients, providing information or escalating to consultants when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of recruitment documents, contracts, and job advertisements.
  • Source and select candidates using various search engines.
  • Assist with the booking of temporary shifts and timesheet management

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in administration or customer service is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
