About the Role:Our client, a fast-growing organisation known for its innovation in the entertainment and membership space, is seeking a results-driven CRM Manager to lead and optimise their customer relationship management strategies. This is a key role for a data-savvy professional who thrives on driving customer engagement, acquisition, and retention through expertly managed campaigns, lists, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • List & Segment Management: Maintain and refine customer lists, flows, and audience segments in Klaviyo to maximise engagement.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyse CRM performance metrics, deliver actionable insights, and optimise key KPIs such as deliverability, engagement, and retention.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimise daily CRM campaigns, including A/B testing to enhance effectiveness.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee workflows to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain the accuracy and hygiene of data.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner with the customer service team to align CRM initiatives with sales goals, ensuring a consistent pipeline of highly engaged leads.
  • Innovation & Strategy: Stay updated on the latest CRM tools and trends, implementing improvements and collaborating with the design team in Figma to create impactful assets.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or in a similar role.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms, particularly Klaviyo.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and delivering actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing, acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A strategic thinker who can execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
