The Role:
As a Telesales Executive, you will play a key role in generating sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting the field sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Selling & Cold Calling: Engage with existing and potential customers to promote our security solutions.Lead Generation & Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects, manage inbound inquiries, and book sales surveys.Customer Correspondence: Handle emails, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate CRM records.Sales Support & Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team to help them achieve their targets.Database & Activity Management: Keep the CRM up to date and track sales progress.
What We’re Looking For:
? Experience: Previous telesales or sales office experience, with high energy and self-motivation.? Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.? Organisation: Excellent time management and attention to detail.? CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems for lead management and customer tracking.? Team Player: A collaborative mindset, supporting colleagues to achieve success.
