Willow London Living are an expanding company with a portfolio of 250+ properties across London.

The main objective of this role is to complete required works on void properties to ensure properties can be re-let as soon as possible and to also carry out day-to-day maintenance on occupied properties.

In this fast-paced role, every day will be different; below is a general list of tasks included within the role but not limited to:

- Taking instruction from our office team/completing daily job sheets provided- Carry out works to empty properties to bring back to a 'ready-to-let' condition- Carry out works to occupied properties to ensure outstanding repairs being reported are completed within a reasonable time-frame and good standard.- Light removals or lifting of items when required- Decorating Work, Filling of holes, Mould removal- Basic plumbing work (unblocking of sink, fixing taps, boiler pressure top ups, etc.)- Basic electrical work (Change of sockets, smoke alarms, light bulbs, etc.)- More extensive electrical work (preferred) such as installation of electrical hobs or electric showers-Basic Carpentry work (change of doors etc.)-General 'handy-man' tasks

The perfect candidate for this role will have a 'can-do' attitude and will work well in a fast paced environment.

A van can be provided alongside a fuel card for work-related journeys.

Working hours will be Monday - Friday 8:45am - 6pm and the opportunity to work overtime will be available at times.
