Clinical Regional Director responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to multiple nursing care homes, ensuring high standards of clinical care and regulatory compliance. Ensuring the provision of high quality care
- Oversee the performance of Home Managers, providing support, guidance, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of outstanding care.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting professional development and teamwork among staff.
- Previous experience in multi-site management within Care homes
- Excellent knowledge of CQC standards
- RGN/RMN qualified with an active PIN is highly desirable but not essential
- A full UK driving licence
