Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors on a freelance / contract basis.
Our client are a regional main contractor who specialise in new build and refurbishment projects up to 30m in build cost. They have a strong market reputation, particularly in the South East of London and are undergoing over 9 live schemes in Greater London as we speak. Kenna have done business with them for years and now they seek another addition due to workload in their commercial/surveying team.
The project is a 12m refurbishment of a public building and the programme is only 2-4 weeks old so a great time to get involved.
Initially they are seeking a strong, project running senior surveyor to step in and run the project from procurement to final accounts. They must have CVR experience and a strong refurbishment background.
The ideal candidate will come from a degree qualified background (or similar) and have a short/immediate notice period as they are seeking someone to start within the next 7 days.
