Daniel Owen Agency are on the lookout for an experienced and highly organised Contract Administrator to join a friendly family run business.
The Contract Administrator will play a crucial role in managing the entire life cycle of contracts for their construction projects. This includes ensuring compliance with terms, coordinating with various stakeholders, and assisting in the smooth execution of contracts from inception to completion. This role requires a thorough understanding of construction contracts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The company are based in southern England and began in the early 90's. They have grown significantly and now specialise in rail, as well as a multitude of other sectors. They provide both planned and reactive maintenance and are proud to offer exceptional levels of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing reactive maintenance jobs based on labour, plant & materials and inputting data into Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) System.
- Pricing reactive maintenance jobs based on sub-contractor attendance and inputting data in CAFM System.
- Evaluation of sub-contractor applications for payment.
- Assisting the Contract Manager with reporting as required.
- Assisting with preparation and submission of quotations.
- Replying to client queries with regards to commercial issues.
- Collating information as requested by the client for audit purposes.
- General contract administration.
General Contract Administration but you would also be responsible for assisting the contract manager day to day, assisting with the preparation and submission of quotes, and helping price up jobs. Inputting data on their CAFM system, and being available to deal with any client and contractor queries.

- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
