Due to continued growth, a successful company has a new opening for a Customer Service Administrator. The Customer Service Administrator role involves working primarily alongside the Office Manager and assisting with all administration duties including taking incoming calls from new and existing customers and dealing with queries alongside generating client paperwork and invoices.

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls/emails from new customers, forwarding these on to the relevant department
  • Checking and responding to all new enquiries from advertising sites
  • Collecting client data and inputting into the database, liaising between clients and in-house staff
  • Booking surveys, checking postcodes to book suitable routes
  • Generating client paperwork including invoices and forwarding completed reports to clients
  • Generating works acceptance forms, filing remittance advice, collating all client paperwork in job folders and on the in-house bespoke database
  • Handling existing customer enquiries through chasing staff members regarding tasks which need following up
  • Managing the fleet including parking for subcontractors
  • Effectively handling complaints, escalating if necessary
  • Generating new revenue streams by approaching new potential clients

Customer Service Administrator required skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
  • Competent telephone manner
