Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound calls from customers regarding a range of products and services
  • Making outbound calls to increase orders and brand awareness
  • Booking relevant appointments on behalf of the fitting team
  • Ensuring all calls are answered efficiently and queries dealt with
  • Monitoring and managing the in-house email inbox, responding to new and existing enquiries
  • Arranging provision of documents on behalf of the wider team

Customer Service Administrator skills/competencies:

  • Competent telephone manner, proactive, with the ability to forge excellent working relationships with customers
  • Excellent organisational skills both written and verbal
