An established online retailer is currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The Customer Service Administrator role involves booking appointments for fitters, managing the appointment diary and carrying out a range of administrative tasks.
- Salary: Up to £23,000
- Must be available for an immediate start

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
- Managing inbound calls from customers regarding a range of products and services
- Making outbound calls to increase orders and brand awareness
- Booking relevant appointments on behalf of the fitting team
- Ensuring all calls are answered efficiently and queries dealt with
- Monitoring and managing the in-house email inbox, responding to new and existing enquiries
- Arranging provision of documents on behalf of the wider team
Customer Service Administrator skills/competencies:
- Competent telephone manner, proactive, with the ability to forge excellent working relationships with customers
- Excellent organisational skills both written and verbal
