To support our growth, we are seeking a talented, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is key to helping us fulfil our commitment to excellence, ensuring every customer experiences the Prestige Cars Kent standard of care, professionalism, and expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Reception area’s welcoming appearance and professional atmosphere.
- Warmly welcome customers and manage their experience from the moment they book to final delivery.
- Provide clear communication regarding vehicle status, service updates, and any additional work needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage their return.
- Offer tailored service plans, warranties, and valuable add-ons suited to customer needs.
- Complete all necessary paperwork with precision and attention to detail.
- Uphold compliance standards and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Sales Executive in the automotive sector.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with Automotive Keyloop (preferred).
Hours 8-6pm Monday to Friday.
