Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutritional care for patients in acute orthopaedics, urology, and care of the elderly (COE) departments. This role requires expertise in managing diverse nutritional needs, including post-surgical nutrition, chronic disease management, and geriatric care. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes through individualized nutritional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning

    • Conduct detailed nutritional assessments for patients with various orthopedic and urological conditions, including those requiring surgical intervention.
    • Develop personalized nutrition care plans, focusing on recovery, rehabilitation, and maintenance, especially for elderly patients with multiple comorbidities.
    • Monitor and adjust nutritional plans based on clinical assessments, lab results, and patients' evolving needs.
