Manage & Lead a team of Community Care Professionals whilst retaining staff, effectively attract and recruit Care Professionals to meet business growth levels. In return you will not only have support from the Senior Management Team but also an opportunity to achieve a generous Performance Bonus!!Reporting to:- Registered Care Manager- Provide all relevant information to prospective new clients, Risk Assessments, Care Plans- Ensure that the emotional, spiritual, physical, medical and material needs of the clients are recognised, assessed and met and to support clients in the taking of decisions in matters which affect their lifestyle- Manage & lead a team of care professionals- Schedule/Co-ordinate- Provide Rota’d on call support- Recruitment, appointment, induction, supervision, training, appraisal & deployment of all care staff- Investigate complaints & take appropriate action- Follow local safeguarding guidance and reporting mechanisms to ensure the safety of clients, staff and others- Working closely with the Registered Manager to increase business growth; engage with local community, Social Services, GP Practices, Hospital Discharge Teams, Councils, relevant Community PartnersOffice based & Remote working within reason
