We are seeking an Electrical Assessor to Support Learners who are completing EAL level 3 maintenance qualifications remotely. This role requires a professional with strong background in electrical training and assessment, ready to start immediately.

Electrical Training Officer/Assessor

  • Hourly Rate: Up to £50ph depending on qualifications and experience
  • Job Type: temp ongoing

Day-to-day of the role Electrical Assessor :

  • Provide training and support to learners undertaking EAL Level 3 Maintenance qualifications.
  • Assess and review learner progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training materials and sessions tailored to learner needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and assessments.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in electrical training and assessment standards

Required Skills & Qualifications the Electrical Assessor role:

  • Must possess AM2 certification.
  • NVQ Level 3 in a relevant electrical field.
  • Assessors qualification or equivalent.
  • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in training and assessing in the electrical sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and supporting learners.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Driving licence and a car to visit learners on site.
