Regional Facilities Coordinator
Location: Kent (Retail Parks)
Salary: Upto 35,000

Are you an experienced Facilities Coordinator with a passion for managing retail parks and ensuring smooth operations? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Facilities Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kent, overseeing retail park properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day facilities management operations within retail parks across Kent.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, fire regulations, and all relevant guidelines.
  • Manage and monitor the safe and effective maintenance of facilities, including legionella and asbestos management.
  • Liaise with property management teams, site staff, and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain excellent records and reports, ensuring that issues are addressed swiftly and efficiently.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks effectively, delivering at pace to keep facilities running smoothly.
  • Ensure that all contractors adhere to the required safety and operational standards.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • IOSH, Legionella, and Asbestos Management certification as a minimum.
  • Valid UK Driving License required

Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in using relevant software.
  • In-depth understanding of Health and Safety legislation and fire regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse teams and external contractors.
  • A passion for delivering results at speed and efficiency.
