Job Title: Legionella Risk AssessorLocation: Orpington, KentSalary/Benefits: £25k - £38k + Training & BenefitsWe are seeking a Legionella Risk Assessor for a nationally-established Legionella company. The role will primarily be covering contracts in the South East of England, but candidates will need flexibility in order to travel as per company requirements. Candidates will also need good hands-on experience of undertaking Water Hygiene ACOP L8 duties as some ad-hoc duties may need to be completed.Locations of work include: Orpington, Dartford, Bromley, Erith, Swanley, Sevenoaks, Croydon, Mitcham, Epsom, Richmond, Walton-on-Thames, Hounslow, Southall, Wembley, Harrow, Uxbridge, Watford, Edgware, Enfield, Potters Bar, Cheshunt, Chigwell, Epping, Harlow, Romford, Ilford, Rainham, Billericay, Wickford, Basildon, Grays, Tilbury.Experience / Qualifications:- Must have experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor for a Legionella / Water Hygiene outfit- Candidates will need to hold the City & Guilds (WMSoc) Legionella Risk Assessing qualification - Strong working knowledge of ACOP L8 guidelines- Experience working across a mixed portfolio of Client sites, including: Education, Local Authority and CommercialThe Role:- Travelling across the South East of England, undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments on domestic hot & cold systems- Undertaking routine Water Sampling & Temperature Monitoring as required- Writing detailed Risk Assessment reports, outlining findings and recommendations- Representing the company on site, in a professional manner- Flexibility to travel as per company requirementsAlternative job titles: Water Hygiene Assessor, Legionella Consultant, Water Hygiene Engineer, Water Hygiene Consultant, Water Hygiene Risk Assessor, Environmental Risk Assessor.Future Select are recruiting in the Water Treatment/Hygiene industry; we work with the best clients & candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the market.We would be interested in speaking to candidates with experience in any disciplines from Risk Assessors, Service Engineers, Account Managers and Business Development/Operational Managers through to Director level.
