We are supporting a leading London based college group to recruit an Executive Assistant. The post holder, working alongside the Group Executive Assistants, will provide high-quality administrative and diary management support to the Principal & CEO, Group Executive Team, and Board members.
As a skilled administrator, the post holder will be responsible for organising and managing administrative processes for the Chairman, Principal & CEO, and Group Executive Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the senior leader’s diary and meetings
- Arrange travel, parking, and upload meeting documents
- Schedule and support executive 1-2-1s, including paperwork and minutes
- Minute leadership meetings, circulate records, and track actions
- Organise governance meetings, manage schedules, and distribute materials
- Set deadlines for document submissions and ensure timely circulation
- Draft and refine reports, letters, and governance documents
- Oversee policy reviews, compliance, and board recruitment
- Coordinate training, background checks, and inductions
- Maintain governance records, websites, and regulatory filings
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience using Microsoft Office and HR software
- Significant experience in a senior administrative role
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects
- Strong skills in formal meeting note-taking and documentation
- Experience managing senior relationships internally and externally
- Background in Higher or Further Education
- Must undergo an enhanced DBS check or be willing to complete one
What’s in it for you
- Annual salary: £25,535-£30,470
- 1 month (initially) temp contract
