Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximise mortgage and protection opportunities using high-quality leads.
- Deliver tailored advice to clients, ensuring their needs are met with solutions that align with their unique circumstances.
- Offer advice on a range of products, including residential and Buy-to-Let mortgages, remortgages, product transfers, life insurance and non-regulated insurance.
- Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on lead progress and ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in sales, ideally within a target-driven environment.
- A positive, goal-oriented mindset with resilience and determination.
- Excellent organisational and self-management skills, alongside the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Confidence under pressure with strong numeracy skills and a keen eye for detail.
