Rikama are working with an SEN school, in the borough of Bromley. The school caters for pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour as their primary needs. The school operates school class sizes in order to optimise learning, and they offer ongoing CPD on a weekly basis to help advance your skills and learning.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a school as an HLTA or as a Cover Teacher, be that working with SEN children in a mainstream school, or within an SEN school. You will be required to deliver classes covering for teachers on courses, sickness, holidays etc.
