Convert those sales leads into excited new members of Good Life+. Your natural salesmanship will shine as you navigate objections with ease and highlight all the incredible perks of joining our community.

What Youll Be Doing:

Member Interaction:

  • Handle a whirlwind of calls with professionalism and a splash of enthusiasm, encouraging potential members to take the plunge.
  • Roll out the red carpet for new subscribers, ensuring their onboarding experience is nothing short of delightful.
  • Crush your daily KPIs and SLAs, setting new standards of excellence.
  • Build and nurture relationships with members, showing genuine care, empathy, and positivityeven when things get tough.
  • Use your strong negotiation and qualification skills to make every interaction count.
  • Approach every conversation with an upbeat, optimistic vibe thats totally contagious.

System Navigation and Data Management:

  • Master our internal systems to smoothly access and update member info.
  • Keep member records accurate and completebecause details matter!

Feedback Collection and Analysis:

  • Be proactive in gathering member feedback, spotting areas where we can level up, and keeping track of all the details.

Promotion of Membership Benefits:

  • Be the voice of Good Life+, educating members about the fantastic benefits theyll enjoy.
  • Highlight the positives of membership to leave members feeling great about their decision.

Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent verbal communications skills, with a natural ability to engage and connect with members.

Proficient in navigating various system and being tech savvy.

Strong sales and negotiation skills to encourage non-members into becoming active subscribers.

Positive and upbeat attitude consistently seeking optimistic outcomes.

Ability to adapt to changing situations and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Ability to take constructive feedback for personal and professional growth with a go away and implement attitude.

Prior experience in sales preferred

Great attitude and willingness to learn.
