Repairs Coordinator

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Our client is looking to recruit a Repairs Coordinator to join their team. We are looking for an experienced customer service professional with experience of liaising, arranging and dispatching Engineers as required.

The successful candidate for this role will be happy to work on a rota that includes early mornings and evenings.

Responsibilities:

You will take phone calls from customer sites for repair and maintenance work. Updating the status of all jobs either on the company systems or client systems.Retrieving and filling all plot filesGenerate all customer service fitters paperworkDealing with all customer enquiriesGeneral administration duties
