In this role, you'll have the chance to work with grocery multiples within your territory, focusing on stock management, shelf management, promotional compliance, and relationship building. You'll ensure all promotional activities are executed flawlessly, achieve added value targets, and maintain planogram compliance. Your journey plans will be meticulously crafted to optimize call sequences, and you'll deliver outstanding premium visibility in stores through strong relationships and influence.
We are looking for someone who lives in or close to the Bromley/Croydon area has experience in a customer-facing role, and possesses the ability to build solid customer relationships. An outgoing, confident personality, drive for results, ambition, and a commitment to personal development are essential. Good numerical and written skills, along with strong planning and organization abilities, are required. While previous experience in merchandising, retail, or sales is desirable, it is not essential. A full UK driving licence is a must.
