Role Overview: As an Order Processor/Designer, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and designing glazing systems using LogiKal, ReynaPro, and AutoCAD software. You will collaborate closely with our sales, design, and production teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing and delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders using LogiKal and ReynaPro software.
- Create detailed design drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
- Review customer specifications and ensure designs meet all requirements.
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure seamless order processing and fulfillment.
- Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding product specifications and design options.
- Maintain accurate records of all orders, designs, and communications.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of processes and systems within the design and order processing functions.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience with LogiKal and ReynaPro software is essential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating detailed design drawings.
- Strong technical understanding of architectural glazing systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and creating designs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
