M&E Manager

We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior M&E Manager / Technical Lead to oversee and manage all mechanical and electrical aspects of our projects within an acute healthcare facility.

This role will provide technical oversight, ensuring compliance with healthcare-specific regulations and standards while supporting the facilities management team withinPrincess Royal University Hospital

• Provide technical leadership and oversight on all M&E aspects within the facility.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) to the Project Director, offering guidance and technical support.
• Manage and coordinate M&E project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Drive the successful completion of M&E projects while maintaining a strong focus on compliance with healthcare-specific systems and regulations.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across all teams.

Key Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in M&E management, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in M&E design software and tools.
• Knowledge and experience with Health Technical Memorandum (HTM) and healthcare-specific systems.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CEng, MCIBSE) are highly desirable.
• Proven track record in working within acute healthcare facilities and understanding healthcare regulations and standards.
