Gerrard White are working with our well respectedleading law firm client who are on the search for a System Support Analyst. This role offers a dynamic blend of technical expertise, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Who You Are

  • You bring 3+ years of expertise with Practice Management Systems (PMS), within a legal environment.
  • Your skill set includes system administration, training, upgrades, data cleansing, scripting, and development-always tailored to meet business and user needs.
  • Knowledge of SOS Connect and Practice Manager is a plus.
  • You have 2+ years of experience as an analyst or developer, showcasing your ability to:
    • Analyse, present, and query system data.
    • Design, develop, and test software applications.
    • Coordinate and manage software projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Front line PMS Support: Provide front line support and administrative coverage for the Practice Management System, addressing customisation's, work flow management, reporting, and development.
  • Lead Projects: Take ownership of critical PMS-related projects, including:
    1. Annual PMS Software Upgrade: Manage and coordinate the upgrade process.
    2. Ongoing PMS Data Cleansing/Housekeeping: Oversee data quality initiatives to maintain system accuracy.
  • System Enhancements: Support broader business systems and lead system change initiatives to align with evolving organisational needs.
