System Support Analyst (Part-time to Full-time)

TSR Legal are delighted to present an exciting opportunity to join the newly established Business Systems Support & Change Management Department of a well-regarded law firm. This role, reporting to the Programme Manager & Systems Director, is ideal for an experienced and skilled System Support Analyst with a strong background in Practice Management Systems (PMS).

About the Role

This position begins as a part-time opportunity (3 days per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role. You will:

  • Provide frontline PMS support and administration cover.
  • Address business change requests related to system customisation, workflow management, report writing, and development.
  • Initially focus on two key PMS projects:
    1. Yearly PMS Software Upgrade.
    2. Ongoing PMS Data Cleansing and Housekeeping.
  • Expand responsibilities over time to support additional business systems and system change projects.

About You

We’re seeking a talented individual with:

  • At least 3 years of experience with Practice Management Systems (PMS) in a legal setting, including administration, training, upgrading, data cleaning, support, scripting, and development.
  • Experience as an analyst or developer (minimum 2 years), with demonstrated skills in:
    • Analysing and querying system data.
    • Presenting actionable insights.
    • Coordinating, designing, developing, building, and testing software applications.
  • Previous experience with SOS Connect and Practice Manager (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively on various projects and change requests.

  • Promoting system best practices, improving data flow, and enhancing efficiency for users and end clients.
