We are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing law firm based in Bromley (BR6), who are currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join their expanding Estate Administration Department. This is a full-time, hybrid position offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000.

The successful candidate will be supporting a busy and well-regarded Estate Administration team that specialises in providing expert legal advice in the areas of probate and trust administration. The department works closely with other specialist teams across the firm, creating an open, supportive, and collaborative working environment. The team structure is flexible and partner-led, offering opportunities for career development and the appropriate allocation of work across experience levels.

The Legal Assistant will be responsible for managing new client enquiries, organising initial client meetings, handling compliance procedures, and closing files. They will provide daily support to fee earners with the management of a high-volume caseload, liaise directly with clients and solicitors, draft legal documents, produce standard correspondence, and ensure accurate and timely updates to the case management system.

The ideal candidate will have extensive secretarial or legal assistant experience, ideally within Estate Administration or private client work. A professional, organised, and positive approach is essential, along with strong communication and teamworking skills.
