£22,000 (No Experience) - £28,000 (Experienced)

Our client is looking for a proactive Small Claims Litigation Handler to join their team in Orpington. In this role, the successful candidate will manage small track RTA (Road Traffic Accident) claims from litigation to settlement. Key responsibilities will include gathering evidence, issuing legal proceedings, preparing for hearings, and allocating funds after settlement.
For candidates with no prior experience, full training will be provided, and they will start at a salary of £22,000. Candidates with prior experience in RTA / Motor Insurance Claims will receive a salary of up to £28,000, based on experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
