Our client, a leading organisation in the food industry, is seeking a Ticketing Administrator to join their team in Orpington, London. With a focus on managing and overseeing the ticketing system, this temporary full-time role offers a unique opportunity for you to showcase your organisational skills and passion for customer service.

What you'll do:

�? Managing the inbox daily for new shelf labels

�? Printing labels and posting out to the sites on the same day

�? Keep track of ticket inventory, ensuring accurate counts, and coordinate with relevant departments to meet demand while minimising waste

�? Provide technical support for the ticketing system, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for customers and staff

What you bring:

?? Previous experience in administration and customer service is desirable

?? Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

?? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

?? Proficiency in using ticketing systems and related software
