Our client is an established, friendly law firm who, due to ongoing expansion, are looking for an experienced Office/Administration Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Main duties include:

  • General office and facilities management
  • Line management of receptionist and team of six administrators
  • Organise company social events
  • Support with social media
  • Manage new starter induction process
  • Any ad-hoc administrative support to senior leaders

The successful candidate:

  • Experience within a Office Manager role, ideally within a law firm
  • Previous line management experience is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Flexible work ethic, willing to support in a variety of tasks
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Packages is essential
  • Friendly, approachable, good leader and not easily fazed
