Our client is an established, friendly law firm who, due to ongoing expansion, are looking for an experienced Office/Administration Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main duties include:
- General office and facilities management
- Line management of receptionist and team of six administrators
- Organise company social events
- Support with social media
- Manage new starter induction process
- Any ad-hoc administrative support to senior leaders
The successful candidate:
- Experience within a Office Manager role, ideally within a law firm
- Previous line management experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Flexible work ethic, willing to support in a variety of tasks
- Previous experience with Microsoft Packages is essential
- Friendly, approachable, good leader and not easily fazed
