An established company are currently looking for an Administrator to join their thriving team. The Administrator role involves working alongside the wider team to provide a range of administrative functions including serving as main point of contact for internal teams, maintaining accurate project documentation and data entry/cleansing duties.

Administrator responsibilities:
- Acting as the main point of contact for internal teams and clients regarding project enquiries, updates, and changes
- Developing and maintaining relevant trackers and reports
- Liaising with client's stakeholders
- Producing detailed reports for colleagues to progress works
- Ensuring the wider team are provided with the correct information regarding projects
- Communicating updates, deadlines, and changes to customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Maintaining accurate documentation, including sales agreements and purchase orders
- Updating company portals as necessary
- Creating schedules as required
- Maintaining the in-house calendar and necessary detailed information
- Carrying out data entry, maintenance and cleansing of information
Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Proven experience working within a similar role desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
