An established company are currently looking for an Administrator to join their friendly team. The Administrator role involves providing support to the MD and the wider team regarding diary management, travel, customer service and HR, along with ensuring the smooth running of the office operations

Administrator responsibilities:
- Acting as first point of contact for incoming emails/calls, HR including the maintenance of holiday and sickness records, recruitment, meeting requests and organisation, and team communication
- Assisting with diary management duties, booking and arranging travel, flights, transport, and accommodation
- Managing customer enquiries and through the CRM as logged by HQ, drafting and sending responses on behalf of the company
- Collating reports from SAP and compiling into Excel spreadsheets to send to the Sales Manager and wider team
- Assisting with car fleet management
- Attending meetings, taking notes, and compiling onto templates to distribute to MD and wider team
- Ordering stationery and other office supplies, provision and maintenance of facilities, and IT management
- Assisting the wider team as required
Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload
