Our client, a leading supplier of fixings and fastenings to the thriving Construction Industry, is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their ultra-responsive Customer Service team. ???

Salary: £26,000

Hours: 8am-5pm (slight flex available)

Location: Currently in Sydenham and moving to Orpington in December

* You must be able to drive*

Key Duties:

?? Maintaining a high level of cleanliness throughout the office areas.

?? Assisting with the main switchboard and transferring calls.

�? Arranging refreshments for Director's meetings.

?? Managing transportation, hotel arrangements, and non-stock items.

?? Managing internal spreadsheets and supporting the preparation of monthly sales meetings.

�?? Ordering food for the canteen and keeping track of inventory.

?? Supporting the returns team via phone, data input, and client communication.

?? Assisting the Admin/HR Manager as required.

?? Sorting mail and managing post.

?? Purchasing stationery and other internal use items.

????? Providing admin support to the Directors and their family.

?? Managing customer and supplier returns.
