Office Manager

A growing and dynamic law firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administration and lead the Instructions Team. This pivotal role involves ensuring the smooth running of the office while managing a variety of tasks, from team supervision to facilities and process improvements.

The RoleAs Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day office environment, including maintenance, cleanliness, and IT equipment.
  • Liaising with landlords, suppliers, and service providers to address office needs.
  • Coordinating office equipment and consumables procurement.
  • Supporting fire safety, health & safety compliance, and new starter inductions.
  • Organising team social events and assisting with training coordination and social media.
  • Leading the Instructions Team, conducting weekly meetings, and ensuring the timely allocation of new files.
  • Monitoring team targets, providing training, and handling rota management for reception, phones, and parking.
  • Overseeing incoming/outgoing post and considering process improvements for greater efficiency.
