Due to expansion a highly organised and proactive Office/Administration Manager is sought for a permanent role at a Bromley based law firm to manage the daily office administration and Instructions Team. 聽This is a full-time, fully office-based role. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational administrative skills as well as experience in team management to ensure that all office functions run smoothly and efficiently. 聽 Role involves: 路Ensure a tidy office environment at all times, overseeing general upkeep and managing the cleaners 路Liaison with office landlord where required in relation to issues, building management and other tenants in relations to issues 路Managing printers and dealing with printing issues and photocopying 路Managing onsite IT equipment 路Ensure ordering of office equipment, furniture and consumables & supplier management is handled correctly 路Administration in relation to fire safety and health & safety tasks 路Supporting new starter induction including IT and office equipment 路Take ownership of staff social events, such as Christmas Party 路Assist with the organisation and co-ordinating training 路Assist with social media 路Specific office projects as and when required 路Supporting any finance administration tasks 路Support fee earners with any ad hoc administrative tasks 路Lock up office as required at end of the day 路Ad-hoc office and admin support duties as required 聽 Team Management Duties: 路Provide administrative and business support to ensure the smooth running of the office 路Manage the daily office administration and Instructions Team 路Hold weekly team meetings with the Administration Team 路Ensure allocation of new files on the Instructions team are set up 路Provide team training and prepare training material where necessary 路Monitor and manage team targets 路Cover and assist reception duties as and when required 路Management of phones ensuring they are being answered within a timely manner 路Manage weekly reception and call rotas 路Manage weekly parking rota 路Ensure Incoming and outgoing post is dealt with correctly 路Liaise directly with our phone provider 路Consider new processes on the phones and post to ensure smoother running, discuss and implement changes 聽 Person Specification: 路Self-starter who is hands on with a "can do" attitude 路Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills 路Polite telephone manner and great communication skills 路The ability to multitask 路The ability to take responsibility, work under pressure and hit deadlines 路Problem-solving and decision-making skills 路The ability to work autonomously and as part of an agile team 路The ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels across the business 路Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems as and when required 聽 Benefits: 路Company events 路Company pension 路Additional day off for your birthday 路Buy and Sell Holiday 路Training & Development 路Access to their reward hub for discounts and health & well being 路Paid volunteer time to support their chosen charity 聽 聽 This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a firm that place their clients at the heart of what they do whether working with large corporate clients or individuals.
