Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Job Description:

This company are seeking a skilled and experienced Parts Advisor/Office Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a full-time position offering a comprehensive training program and a clear path for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Advisor:- Take customer orders over the phone with professionalism and accuracy.- Use the PC to process orders efficiently.- Pick and pack orders in the parts department.- Arrange courier collection and manage all associated paperwork and labelling for dispatch.

Office Administrator:- Handle general office administration tasks.- Process customer orders using our MRP system.- Scan completed orders and maintain organized records.- Answer customer calls and provide excellent service and support.

Requirements:- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeaour.- Strong customer service orientation.- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.- Willingness to learn, adapt, and progress within the company.- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
