The role - KS2/3 SEMH TA

For this KS2/3 SEMH TA role, you will be required to work 1:1 and small groups across KS2 & KS3 (Primary & Secondary) that have SEMH needs, you must be able to build strong rapport with the students and cater to their individual needs. In this KS2/3 SEMH TA role, you will be working in and out of the classroom and will be assisting the students with their schoolwork while manging their challenging behaviour. You will need to create a positive environment and promote a reward system for good behaviour which you will monitor and track each students progress and provide effective feedback and encouragement.

The school - SEMH School

This school caters specifically for 7-13-year-olds (Key stages 2 & 3). They focus on developing core skills of literacy and numeracy, whilst offering broad range of other curriculum areas to provide real inter for their pupils. The school pride themselves on learning, independence, friendship and emotions. The school has Off street parking available and staff parking available.
