Our client, a leading business in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to growth our client is looking for a Compliance Analyst to join the team, where you will be responsible for checking technical pension reviews, abridged advice and full advice reports in order to ensure compliance is maintained, in line with standard sand regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Compliance role in the Pensions sector, with strong Financial Services understanding an industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance check Defined Benefit and safeguarded benefit pension reviews / TVAS reports for accuracy
  • Understand the advice process and regulatory requirements
  • Provide technical support and training to administration teams
  • Oversee Defined Benefit transactions ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Knowledge and understanding of the complaints handling process

Key Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a DB pensions compliance role
  • Experience working in Pensions
  • Strong and solid understanding of the Financial services industry
  • Able to work in line with FCA guidelines and regulations
  • Excellent working with different teams across the business
  • Be comfortable in reading / interpreting regulatory guidance
