ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER / LISTER - Residential Estate & Lettings Agency
Location: Petts Wood, BR5
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 OTE
Position: Permanent - Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a sensational ability to win new business, and who is looking to take the next step in their career! Our client would ideally like an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager but if you are currently an experienced Sales Negotiator ready to take a promotional step, we’d love to have a chat!
The ideal candidate will already be an experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager / Lister, who is capable of generating appraisals, winning instructions and the ability to assist in managing the Sales team.
You will be a highly motivated, enthusiastic and target driven. You will also need to provide first class customer service at all times and lead by example.
Skills: The skills required for this Assistant Sales Manager / Lister role will include:
- Previous residential sales / estate agency experience essential
- Experience in valuations and winning instructions essential
- Smart, articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
- Previous success in managing a team beneficial
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Petts Wood and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
