As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting schools with qualified educators, helping to ensure top-tier education for students. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, working on temporary and permanent placements. This is a 360-degree recruitment role, meaning you'll be involved in both the candidate and client sides of the recruitment process.

• Business Development: Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales calls, networking, and marketing strategies.
• Candidate Management: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, nurseries, and other educational institutions.
• Vacancy Management: Advertise job openings effectively to attract the right candidates.
• Coordination: Arrange interviews, provide candidate feedback, and facilitate the hiring process between clients and candidates.

• Recruitment Experience: Previous experience in recruitment (preferably education) or transferable sales skills.
• Business Development: Strong skills in sales, client management, and relationship building.
• Personality: Proactive, determined, and goal-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and candidates effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to work flexibly and meet the demands of a fast-paced recruitment environment.
