The position offers a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £32,000 for Consultants and £35,000 to £40,000 for Senior Consultants, along with uncapped commission.

The Role:

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Source, interview, and place talented educators in roles that match their skills and career aspirations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both schools and candidates to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including writing job adverts, screening CVs, and arranging interviews.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring they are prepared and confident.
Work closely with schools to identify their staffing needs and ensure timely placements.

What We’re Looking For:

Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both candidates and clients.
Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and manage time effectively.
Sales-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Previous experience in recruitment, education, or a sales environment is a plus but not essential.
