Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the early years sector.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client brief to candidate placement.
  • Write and post compelling job advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, salaries, and fees with both clients and candidates.
  • Maintain and update the candidate and client database to ensure accurate records.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and performance targets while maintaining a high standard of service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or sales, preferably within the early years or education sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using recruitment software.
  • A proactive and resilient attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
