The role involves building relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and managing the onboarding process.
Candidates should possess exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, with no specific experience required.
The position offers a competitive base salary along with an uncapped commission structure, providing significant earning potential.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, on a rota basis from 7 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 6 PM.

JBD Recruitment specialises in placing exceptional Early Years professionals in nurseries and childcare settings. We are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team, based at our Head Office in Petts Wood.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates within the early years sector.

Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable roles.

Manage the full 360 registration and on-boarding process for staff.

Write and post job advertisements to attract top talent.

Maintain and update the candidate and client database.
