Compliance Manager
Retrofit & Decarbonisation - Property Services
Up to £70,000 plus package
Our client, a national construction contractor, are currently looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to work alongside their delivery teams on SHDF/Decarbonisation projects
.
As a business, they currently have a number of projects across London & South East delivering a variety of retrofit and energy efficiency projects for Housing Associations/Local Councils. Works being delivered by the projects team include EWI, Loft Cavity Insulation, Heat Source Pump and Solar Panel installations and much more.
Within this role, you would be responsible for ensuring that projects being delivered are compliant and in line with up to date retrofit legislations, troubleshooting issues on projects and coming up with solutions, giving new ideas around how projects can be delivered effectively and working alongside the SHEQ team to ensure projects are safely delivered.
My Client at looking for;
Proven technical knowledge on SHDF/Retrofit contracts
Sound knowledge of PAS2035/2030
Retrofit Coordinator level 5 (desirable)
SHDF experience essential
Good understanding of ECO funding steams
Social housing knowledge/experience
