Job description

Our client is one of the larges fabricators of windows, doors, curtain walling and furniture in south and growing teams and order influx created opportunity for right individual to join the team on permanent basis.

Ideally looking for candidate with extensive experience as a technical order processor that that can swiftly integrate to our organization and hit ground running with minimal introduction.

Candidate brief description:

• Robust background in Order Processing, Design, Fabrication or Project Coordination and Project Management.
• Critical experience working with Reynaers Aluminium and Cortizo systems.
• Experienced in all types of windows doors and curtain walling, glass roofing across mainly aluminium but also into timber and upvc will be bonus
• Track record of ensuring clients received exemplary service by handling all aspects related to contract establishment, capacity planning, product design coordination, and financial assistance.
• Acting as a go-to person for technical advice and design troubleshooting for product that we specify and fabricate.
• Able to demonstrate proficiency in First Degree Window Designer, Reynapro, and LogiKal, with a working knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD 2D.
• Able to provide proficient oversight for orders related to windows and doors in the context of individual projects all the way down to multi-plot house building projects.
• Able to manage professional relationships and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage.
• Able to execute, monitor, control, and close multi-plot housing projects, meticulously fulfilling orders in alignment with customer program expectations.
• Handle projects from securing the sale until they left the factory, involving the production of all necessary paperwork, including purchase orders, obtaining custom parts, and overseeing the manufacturing process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-45,000.00 per year
