We are seeking a Neighbourhood Response Officer to join a national housing association, covering the Orpington/St Mary’s Cray patch in Kent. This role involves a mix of in-office work and onsite visits, approximately three times per week. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in tenancy management, handling low-level ASB, conducting estate inspections, and performing tenancy audits.
Day-to-day of the role:- Conduct regular estate inspections and tenancy audits to ensure compliance with housing standards and regulations.
- Manage tenancy issues effectively, including low-level anti-social behaviour (ASB).
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, addressing and resolving their concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to enhance the living conditions and safety of the neighbourhood.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all inspections, visits, and interactions with tenants.
- Proven experience in tenancy management and handling ASB.
- Ability to conduct thorough estate inspections and tenancy audits.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and stakeholders.
- Must possess a basic DBS check.
- Valid driver’s licence as the role requires travel to various sites.
