We are seeking a Neighbourhood Response Officer to join a national housing association, covering the Orpington/St Mary’s Cray patch in Kent. This role involves a mix of in-office work and onsite visits, approximately three times per week. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in tenancy management, handling low-level ASB, conducting estate inspections, and performing tenancy audits.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct regular estate inspections and tenancy audits to ensure compliance with housing standards and regulations.
  • Manage tenancy issues effectively, including low-level anti-social behaviour (ASB).
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, addressing and resolving their concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to enhance the living conditions and safety of the neighbourhood.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all inspections, visits, and interactions with tenants.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in tenancy management and handling ASB.
  • Ability to conduct thorough estate inspections and tenancy audits.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Must possess a basic DBS check.
  • Valid driver’s licence as the role requires travel to various sites.
