My client school are looking for a teacher to teach small groups with autism and complex needs located in Croydon. We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced teacher to join our team on a long term basis.

this role starts in febuary 2025

Role and Responsibilities:

  • The teacher will work 5 days a week from 8.30 am till 4 pm (not negotiable).
  • The teacher will need to start as soon as possible.
  • The right person will be responsible for handover and planning for the return for this term.
  • The teacher will need to have experience or a qualification in teaching children.
  • PGCE, QTS or QTLS, bachelor in education ( will be required at a minimum to be applicable for this role)

Requirements:

  • A degree in education or a relevant qualification in teaching is required.
  • Experience working with children with Autism, SEMH needs is highly desirable, not a must
  • Passion and dedication to work with children with special needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
