SEN Teacher

Position: SEN Teacher
Salary: £200 to £270 per day (PAYE)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of young children? I am working with an lovely school who are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join the supportive team in an SEN provision. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to children in Early Years and Key Stage 1, specifically supporting those with Autism and challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour effectively.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child's development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and reports as required.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children with Autism and challenging behaviour.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
