Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of young children? I am working with an lovely school who are seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to join the supportive team in an SEN provision. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to children in Early Years and Key Stage 1, specifically supporting those with Autism and challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviour effectively.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support each child's development.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with Autism and challenging behaviour.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
