Blending and mixing operative

Aqumen Recruitment is excited to partner with a prestigious food production company based in Ossett, WF5. We are actively seeking mixing and blending operatives to join the team on a temp to perm basis.

Ideally, successful candidates will have worked within the manufacturing/ production environment prior and be able to adhere to the food production regulations as well as being able to lift up to 25kg.

Pay-rate:

• Starting Rate: £12.20 per hour (am and pm shift)
• Starting at £12.70 per hour for night shift.
• Overtime: Paid after 40 hours, starting from x1.5.

Role Responsibilities: As a mixing and blending operative you’ll be tasked with:

• Printing and labelling products.
• Mixing and blending dry food.
• Measuring and weighing products.
• Palletising packed products, either boxes or bags.

Shift: FULL-TIME:

• 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm rotating weekly.
• Monday to Friday.

OR

• Sunday to Thursday.
• 10pm-6am.
